Error 900|101000.101002.101005

I keep getting the error message Error 900|101000.101002.101005 when trying to play videos (any videos on streampix) at my work computer (it has wired internet connection). The computer has all the minimum system requirements for playing xfinity videos. The interesting thing is when I sign out from my account I can play the videos (which is free to watch for non-subscribers too). 

Sidenote: I can play the videos at home when signed in on my laptop with wireless connection.

I ahve tne same isse, when i try it from overseas. I have not tried this from the US.
