Error 700|313

I've been trying for an hour to watch espn3 on xfinity on my computer, and I continue to get the same error 700|313

 

I've refreshed as it says.  I've shut down and restarted my whole computer, and still nothing.

 

What is the point of this service if it won't work when I want to watch it?

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
