Getting error message 422- This video cannot be played - This video is currently unavailable. Running Mac OS 10.6.8 on MacBook Pro. Recently switched to Chrome,as could not get Safari to work with my current Comcast service at all. Whenever I click on any cideo get above message.
I found the solution.
There were several viruses/trojan/malware/adware things on my mac.
I downloaded Xfinitys free Norton internet security software. Ran it and found 4 viruses.
Removed or quarantined them and all my browsers worked loading Xfinity TV Online.
Prior to that the screen would just saying "loading video" but never play them, or it would say, "cant play video error 422" or something like that.
