Appears on all attempts to view movie on mobile
We were having some video issues last night but not on the App. Please try watching videos now.
Also, make sure you have the most up to date version of the Xfinity TV App installed.
I keep getting these errors as well, but on the computer, not the mobile app. I went to the link you stated, and copied/pasted the info below:
