After reading numerous forum posts I opened a CHAT per the recommendations and got nowhere, not even with a supervisor. NONE of them know how to fix error 11700. I asked them to unprovision/remove/delete all my web devices (as we are unable to do so ourselves only Comcast can) and they had no idea how to do it. I sent ComcastElena a private message per recommendations of other forum users with the same issue hoping she can help out but so far haven't heard back.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DELETE ALL DEVICES ON MY ACCOUNT???
I continue to get this error on ALL devices (web, browser, apps, etc) - they used to work fine but apparently I reached some unknown Comcast device limit:
We are having trouble adding this device to your account.
Please call 1-800-XFINITY and mention error 11700.
(Error xacsa.provision.11700: Error)
We're getting the same error and have contacted CHAT support as well which was TOTALLY USELESS! Transferred twice to different departments and nobody knew how to fix the error.
