Do these links work?:

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/live/network/espn

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/live/network/espn2

Are you trying to watch through WatchESPN.com?

Thanks,

Re: EPSN not working online

I'm having a similar issue.  My cable package has all of the ESPN channels (but I have internet through another provider).

If I go to http://espn.go.com/watchespn/, I can sign in with my Comcast account and watch ESPN, ESPN2, etc.

If I go to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/live/network/espn, I get the error message, 'Comcast Services Required: Subscribe to Comcast Services and get anytime, anywhere access to ESPN online.'

I called ESPN, and they confirmed that with a valid cable subscription, I should be able to watch these channels streaming online (which works on the WatchESPN site).

I get the same error message when I try to access any other live channels listed here: http://xfinity.comcast.net/watch-live-tv/

Why can I watch them on WatchESPN but not on the Xfinity site?

Re: Tired of this old problem

Wow, given how old this issue is, I expected a simple resolution to the problem by now. I've been a long time Comcast customer and I'm paying a great deal of money for my services at this point.  Were all things equal, I'd prefer to stick with Comcast, but I'm having a hard time figuring out why I shouldn't give their competitors a chance to provide the service I expect and deserve.
