Hello MaatRa. The X1 DVR cloud has a different capacity then the hard drive on the DVR cable box itself. Only the most recent 60 hours of recordings are available for X1 Cloud DVR functionality. The hard drive in the DVR cable box will vary the amount it can store, based on if the recorded contents are HD or SD. There is typically much more space on the DVR hard drive.
If you're recordings keep getting deleted on the cloud, you will want to manually erase some of the older programs that are shown available on the cloud to make room for newer recordings.
