I have the same problem. 5 technicians and 5 new boxes. No one can figure it out. I believe it’s a firmware issue from what I’ve read on these forums.

I have the same problem. 5 boxes and 4 technicians. No one can fine the solution. I think it’s a firmware issue from what i e been reading on this forum.

X1 boxes reboot every night approximately between 2-4am
