I get this message every time I try to download -- once it while it will eventually work. "Could Not Create Download. Unfortunately, we're not able to download this program at this time. Please try again in a few minutes, or select another program." No rhyme or reason for when it works or doesn't work.
Anyone find a solution to this?
I'm beginning to think this formum is useless as well as customer service........ charging me for something that doesn't work! it's almost a week now and no solution or calls telling me they are working on it....... just people passing the buck to finally get to an engineer that will streamline it all.......... that was days ago and still no call from anyone! still this message:
and what's with the TRY AGAIN button....... that's nonsence! it never will fix anything but you can keep pressing it till your finger grows numb!
Did you ever find a solve for this? I recently got the XFINITY service and downloading recordings to my iPad was working great. Starting yesterday afternoon I have been getting that same error message and nothing will download to my iPad!
