DVR Manager won't sync after replacing Cable Box (Twice!)

DVR Manager won't sync after replacing Cable Box (Twice!)

 

Still says "Synching" after 72+ hrs. after setting up Remote Access in the DVR Menu.

 

The Apps are talking to the DVR and are able to change channels,

but still don't show DVR status or the "Record" buttons.

 

Had a tech call to my home to check levels and "Bump" the box. No joy.

Got authorized by phone to replace the DVR (again).

Second DVR still not synching after several days. No difference.

 

Can you tell if these replacement cable boxes are registered with your account

correctly?

 

Any ideas? 

Remove and reinstall the app on the IPAD. No help.

Web app on PC always worked before as well.

 

I really enjoyed this app,,  but  had to replace the origional dvr for other reasons and now this issue.

Fixed!!

New Cable Boxes were not correctly registered with my account.

 

Remote DVR Apps now working again.
