DVR Manager Problem

When I visit http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr to setup DVR Manager online for my DVR (see below for model information) I get the following message: DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household.

 

I checked my bill and HD DVR shows up on it. Please help. Thanks!

Did you find a solution to your problem - the same thing is happening to me. I have been bounced around more times than imaginable the last few days.
