Received the below email.  Doesn't work.  What's going on?!

Take $5.99 off your next

Simple as that. Please see below for easy instructions.

Re: Coupon

If you're trying to rent a movie you should go to xfinityondemandcredit.com AFTER watching the movie.  I imagine purchasing works the same way.

That isn't what the email tells you to do. Then one I got said:

How to redeem
 - Visit my.xfinity.com/coupon and sign in with your XFINITY username and password
 - Click "Begin Activation" when you see the code below.
 - Follow the easy on-screen steps to activate your coupon towards a movie

rental/purchase or as a credit towards your monthly bill.

"my.xfinity.com/coupon" didn't work for me either. The site says:

No coupon will be displayed on this page because this account does not have any

And plugging the code I got (16 digits, all numeric) into "xfinityondemandcredit.com" produces:

Oops. It appears the code is not valid. Please try again.

Re: Coupon

Hi. At the top of this page, click on

Take $5.99 off your next
On Demand rental or purchase!
It takes you right to the redeem coupon options. I chose to have a credit on my bill. Smiley Happy

At the top of what page? The link you posted just takes me to "my.xfinity.com/coupon" which, as previously stated, and despite the email I received, says:

No coupon will be displayed on this page because this account does not have any

Re: Coupon doesn't work

This is silly. Doesn't work, wasted more of my time than the $5.99.

Says I don't have a coupon after signing in

Hi pennyg44 & pstravlo -- I can help with that coupon issue. I've submitted a correctional request for each of you so you can either redeem your coupons or have a replacement coupon sent.

Re: Coupon doesn't work

I'm actually having the same exact issue with the coupon I received in the mail today. Brings up all the same problems already stated in this thread. What is the solution to get it to work? Any info is much appreciated.

Re: Coupon doesn't work

I'm having the exact same problem. I've contacted comcast and they have reset my cable tv box several times assurring me each time that it would fix the problem. IT DOES NOT!!!!

This is really ridiculous. What is the point in sending e-mails with coupons for free movies that cannot be used??????
