Constant restarting

Our box keeps restarting on its own every 15 minutes and it’s very frustrating. What’s going on?

It’s possible that your service is being interfered with by your neighbor’s service. You need a tech out to install a POE (moca filter), presently your equipment is communicating with theirs and vice versa. If you need help scheduling one, let us know
