Connecting new boxes

I recently ordered boxes to two extra TV's. I was sent the wrong ones, I returned them to the service center and got the correct ones. I have connected both boxes and each of them has RDK-10000 as an error code along with a message that says something not quite right. I've called on yesterday and the representative was extremely helpful however she couldn't get the TV's to work. Today I tried chatting online and got disconnected with a representative that called me and because the home phone service is bad too I could barely hear him. He told me he will call me on my other line but didn't. I've been trying to call and they claim to be 24/7 but not available online or on the phone. What can I do to get some help from these people?
