I have Triple Play with X1 DVR, and have tried the Xfinity TV app on Android but do not see any DVR recordings there. Under SAVED I only see For You, and it allows onDemand viewing. Is there Cloud Service in Dekalb, IL? What do I need to do to activate it on my system?
I have added the Cloud DVR code to your account. You should receive an on-screen prompt to accept the cloud technology Terms and Conditions.Once the terms are accepted , the Cloud feature will be activated.
