Try doing what I did - go to the Xfinity website, click on Support, then under TV, click Browse TV Support, then on the next window, click on "Chat With an Agent"; you should be able to get an answer there
You can go to your local Comcast office and get a channel lineup that has all the channels in your area listed by tier and package. It would be nice if they had this online for each local area, but they don't. All the online liting shows is all the channels without regard to tier or package or whether you have them or not.
