Channels Dropped

I was switched to a new plan when I clearly mentioned I did not wish to lose any of my channels. Tonight I realized I no longer can watch WE, Trutv Discovery, WGN and a few more. I was told Xfinity no longer offers these channels on their new plans and I cannot go back to my old plan to get them. This is unacceptable! I was not told this when you were happy to update my plan. You just lost a customer. I will be moving my service to Directv and will spread the word to everyone I know how unfair Xfinity was to me.
