Channel packages

Last week, we were offered to purchase a new channel package that would cost less money and double the speed of our internet. We were told the channels were the same as what we have and wouldn't lose any. NOT TRUE! We lost channels and now our internet is twice as slow. We were told we had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I found out that is only for NEW customers. Now I can't get my old package back and my internet is terrible. I have been a customer with Comcast for 25-30 years and can't get any help at all. Very upset!
