Hi, everyone. My 93 year old mom finally bought an HD TV and now has an HD cable box. Because the channels default to HD channel numbers, she can longer "graze" through the channels, using the Up/Down Channel button to go from Channel 2 to 3 to 4 to 5, etc. In other words, if she watching Channel 38 then wants to see Channel 37, she just want to use the 'down' button. Bad eyesight prevents her from seeing/using the "voice" option. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am completely technology dysfunctional.
