Same problem. "Under DVR Manager" I am getting the folowing error message:
"DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household"
Support said they could not solve the problem after re booting my box and tried unsuccessfully to transfere me to the web support folks. I was cut off.
What are the makes and models of your set-top boxes?
I am sorry but it is not available in your area yet.
DVR Manager is expected to be available to all of our Scientific-Atlanta and Cisco branded DVRs by the end of the year.
We have already started the site by site activation (DVR Manager requires some additional new guide software and some infrastructure to be activated).
What is your zip code? I would like to update the messaging on the site.
I have installed the app on my ipad but upon opening it I have no eligible TV's . Tried calling mobile app help desk but Xfinity does not seem to have this sorted as I just get caught in a loop only to be terminated - shuld I give up?
What sucks about this widespread issue is that everything was working fine until one night last week it just stopped. Now there is no answers as to why. Please find a fix for this as it is rather annoying to go down to my basement everytime I need to change the channel.
