Can't browse the web site to upgrade tv package

All I want to do is go on the web site and see what upgrades are available and their costs. But when i log in and click on upgrade i get the message "We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order." Followed by a 1-800 number. I don't want to talk to a salesperson and have them tell me what's available. This information should be available on the website. I'm starting to feel disappointed that i choose Comcast
