Cablecard Val? Tivo Bolt


I have a brand new TiVo Bolt that I have been struggling to set up a cable card for. I can not get passed the "Please wait, Acquiring Channel Information" and it is stuck at either 72% or 89%, then fails with Error Acquiring Channels message.

Things I have done:
-Tried 4 different Cablecards
-Reinstalled the CableCard, and ran guided setup over again to no avail
-Called a CSR to pair my 4 cards on separate occasions
-Had a comcast tech verify the cabling, spliter and signal were good
-Called Tivo support many times also had them conference in Comcast csr
-Replaced (RMA) the Tivo Bolt, replacement did not resolve the issue

-Con = yes
-VAL = "?"
-OOB state is: wait sync

Please will someone from Comcast take on this issue for me?

I have details such as HOST ID, DATA, SN, etc.
