Hi toynbee, I'd like to look into that cable card issue. Can you confirm the name of the box/serial number that the cable card is in via private message (Click ComcastKenF and then click Private Message Me)?
From perusing the forum, this appears to be a common issue. The CableCard in my HDHomeRun prime is showing "none" next to "Card Validation". As a result, I can't see any premium channels that I'm subscribed to for more than 3 seconds before it freezes.
I've tried calling the CableCard hotline but they just transferred me back into the queue once I explained the issue.
Can someone from Comcast help me get the card validation fixed? Thanks!
