Cable card no longer showing channels

Good evening,

 

I've had a HDHomeRun set up with a Comcast cable card for about 7 months now without issue. As of a couple of days ago (I don't know exactly when it went out as we don't watch TV daily), my HDHomeRun is only picking up 5 channels (the government access channels) instead of the 250+ we are to get. I've tried rebooting my entire network as well as each piece individually. I'd appreciate any help I could get with this.
