do you have another X1 set top box? If so, does the other one work? If so, can you swap the two set top boxes and see if the problem follows the set top box?

Cable TV not working

When I turn my TV on I get an error message and am told to check cable connection are tightly secured, unplug box set from electrical outlet and wait 10 seconds then plug in.  visit Xfinity.com/x1 support assistance -  RDK 03033.  I have tried the first two so am now reaching out to you to find out what the problem is how to fix it.  Please advise
