Bravo channel doesn't work most of the time. Picture breaks up or it's unavailable

Bravo channel doesn't work half the time. Picture breaks up or the channel pops a message up saying it's not working.  This is the only channel that does this.

do you have other set top boxes? are they having same problem? (some smaller boxes use a tuner fron a DVR (xg1) or a multi-tuner xg2. do you have another set top box that has its own tuners? did you try streaming the channel on a PC or smart device?

Your XG2 needs to be in a certain range for upstream and downstream signals to work properly. Presently it's at the low end and almost out of spec for downstream and too high and almost out of spec on the upstream. See if there's any extra splitters that can be removed to get you closer to spec. If not, you'll probably need a tech out to troubleshoot that channel
