Apologies for any confusion.

In order to view Fox Sports 2 online, you must have Fox Sports 2 in your cable channel lineup as a part of your current video subscription.

Fox Sports 2 is not currently offered by Comcast in your area. If Fox Sports 2 were offered on your lineup, then you would have access to this channel online.

Comcast continues to be in discussions with Fox regarding possible distribution of many of their channels and offerings. Our programming teams meet with Fox regularly. A contract and agreement to terms is required before we can offer any channel to our customers.  These need to be terms that make sense for both parties and for our customers.

All channels, regardless of affiliation, are required to go through the same application and approval process in order to be carried by Comcast.

Re: BAD LINK

Well, you might be right, but it doesn't say I'm not authorized or that I require a subscription for Fox 2.  It says there is an error with the link that I clicked on from the view on line page I referrenced.

What I was looking for was the Atlanta Braves game last night that was on Fox Sports South.  Do you know how that would show (channel name) in the view on line page?  I know its included in my subscription, but I didn't recognize anything on the view on line page that might take me to Fox Sports South.

Thanks.

But shouldn't the link work even so? If I click on Fox Sports 2 on http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-networks I am taken to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-networks/FOX-Sports-2/593/main which displays "Hmmm, we're having trouble finding that page".

Shouldn't the page come up even if I'm not subscribed?

Exactly, that is in the works to present a better experience and explanation on the page.

But you still need Fox Sports 2 in your channel lineup in order to view Fox Sports 2 online.

Fox Sports South is not currently a program provider that we have rights to display online.
