I have this same problem!  It's maddening!  It takes me multiple tries to get my computer or even my iPad to play the show then once it starts it will randomly stop playing through out the show and show me the parental controls message.  This is beyond ridiculous!  It makes watching anything I want to watch through xfinity.com a futile and frustrating event.  Please help!!!!
