App Not Showing Full Menu

I recently tried to access my recordings from the xfinity TV app for x1 customers. When watching the informational video I realized the menu in the app did not correlate with the video. The video show a large menu when hitting the three bars yet mine only showed "GUIDE listings, kids, sports, movies SAVED for you ON DEMAND tv shows, movies" not once did I see recordings or many other sections that should be there. I even tried switching to the other email address we have connected to our x1 service. Nothing.

I had this same issue.  Had to get the X1 Cloud DVR code added to my account and then accept the terms on my set top box as well as ipad.
