Just purchased a new Android Mini PC 4.4.2 OS and downloaded TVtogo app. Fires up and plays live CNN and Fox for a few minutes then craps out with a 3001 error, forcing a new log in. I see others have had this issue but no fixes that I've seen. Is there a newer app? mine is version 2.4.2.002.
Kinda makes this thing unusable
Can someone from Comcast throw a poboy a little love here? Is this a known issue? Certainly it is given other posts on the topic. Is someone working on a fix to the app?
Make sure that date and time zone settings are correct on your device.
Also try to set 24 hour time format instead of default.
