All channels say TV go and need a subscription

I watch TV on my laptop. I have basic cable through Comcast/Xfinity. Tonight, I clicked on all channels, and all of the channels say TV go. They don't have numbers anymore, and no matter which ones I click on, they all require a subscription now. Why doesn't basic cable cover any channels at all anymore? What the heck am I paying the money for then? I can't find any way to turn TV go off, and I don't see why I have to pay TWO subscriptions for ONE service.
