Ordered X1 triple play 260 channels including HBO, STARZ, etc. In room with DVR, receive all. In the 2 other rooms, no premum channels, can't record shows. Can only watch recorded shows in room with DVR.
The 260 channels should be available in all rooms. Please explain why they aren't.
What type of boxes do you have in the other 2 rooms? If they are not full X1 boxes, then they are limited to just Starter-level channels, plus a scattering of higher channels, and no Premium channels.
