Adding non premium channels

How do I add channels that say they are included in my package but require a subscription?  Are they really included or do I need to pay extra.  If they are included how do I add them?

They aren't included, but will be if you upgrade to the tier that contains those channels.  Yes, you will have to pay for the tier.
