Accessing Streaming tv using home wi fi

I attempted to access MEtv using home Wi Fi and received the following message "To watch MEtv, you'll need to connect to your home WiFi.  If you're away from home, you can browse TV Go to watch anywhere."  Since I am on my home WiFi network, why don't I get enabled to connect to this channel and other channels that give this same message?

I get the same message when I am away from home too.

Hi ALPHAGPH, it sounds like your app is having an issue reading your Wi-Fi connection. To remedy this issue please remove the app from your device, then reset your modem by unplugging it for 20-30 seconds. Once you have done this plug the modem back in, and then proceed to downloading the app again. This should clear up your problem and will allow you to watch "MeTV" within your home network.
