Although Comcast offers many products to assist those with disabilities, most of the products that we offer in regards to accessibility assistance are related to our television product. Feel free to post any question that you may have about accessibility assistance in this board, regardless of what product it is related to.
Customers who rely on key services—including closed captioning and video description—now have direct access to a specially trained customer support team dedicated to resolving issues of importance to our customers with disabilities. Customers can reach the center between the hours of 8 AM and 12 AM (Eastern Time), seven days a week.
