Access to DVR from another location via the xfinity website

I used to be able to access my DVR from work using xfinity website but I can not any more after a recent upgrade to the website. Does anyone else have this problem? I tried calling Comcast and the "Customer Service" reps did not have any idea what I was talking about. They also were very hard to communicate with since they spoke broken English.
