Access code 7002

 

Got xfinity app to watch tv on iPad pro. Worked great then nothing but error access code 7002. Then it will work for awhile then don't work and access code 7002 pops up again. Takes to support and they said nothing was wrong on either their side or my side. They told me it's better to watch thru web portal and gave me a link. The link took me to a site that said I must use app to watch. Lol

So what's up with code 7002??
