Access Issue :: 12000

Keep getting this message when I try to watch the xfinity app on my iPad. Been happening for a couple of days now. Can anyone help

I've been having the same problem on my iPhone and Mac for the last few days as well. I can't find any info on what's wrong. Smiley Sad

Still having the same problem, I noticed it on th 2nd, I am in the Boston area.

 

i tried rebooting iPad and X1 modem/ router.

This error code means there is a technical issue with our back office systems. Are you still seeing this issue?
