I keep getting the same error code. I checked my entire computer over and everything is fine there. I tried calling xfinity, but as usual, they are NO help whatsoever (they tend to blame the customer) and their chat is pretty much useless, too. I'm so disappointed in them and their customer service and technical failures. The lack of any real communication is inexcusable, too! You'd think they'd put their customers minds at ease by saying it will be fixed within a certain time frame. For the money they charge, they should have the best techs in the business!
