 Got the 1 PST code on mt Box with with the RDK-03004 I have unplugged etc still does the same thing swapped to the other rooms still the same thing I got a new box last Sat after the same thing happed last week worked fine till today

What kind? Just looking at your modem, which is out of spec, I'm thinking that your dvr is also too far out of spec to connect. Or the signal is right on the edge and fluctuating enough to connect only some of the time.

 

Being in an apartment, you'll probably have to get a tech out to get everything in spec

It was working fine till this am and then went down I have a tech appt for thursday am when I put the new box on sat it worked.

yes just checked it my internet is working fine just no TV

Depending on the amp ( still looking for a model #), some ports will still pass signal without power. Hopefully your tech tomorrow will get it all figured out for you
