i can see programs have been recorded on my x1 when i am home, but i cannot see them using my app. i go into the app and try to modify a recording, or add a new show to tape and about 20% show up as recording/recorded. the others say they are, i see the red "record" circles, but are not visable on the app. if i do it at the same time a show is airing i do not get the red "recording" light on the app. it was working perfectly last week. can a comcast/xfinity employee help me with this? thx.

here4kids, is it all recording programs that are missing and can't record or is it certain programs? Are you seeing the same issues on the website as well?
