When trying to authenticate the Xfinity Stream App on my Samsung Smart TV, I receive the error TVAPP-00100. What does this error mean, and how might I resolve the problem? I confirmed that my TV is a compatible model.The text of the error message is quite generic and non-descriptive. The message shown besides the error code is"
"Sorry, something went wrong Please try again" this also happens exactly the same on Roku as well
Each time I get a new number and go to the activate web page - the wepage responds with 'sucess' after signing in but the TV or Roku responds with this message and error code
Attempting to try again and again yields no success on either device.
