I'm getting error code 11700  and would like to clear my device history

not sure what history it stores but logout of the app, uninstall and reinstall it should take care of old data.

Uninstalling will not take care of the that error. Multiple posts having been written about this error. You cannot fix this yourself, but rather is must be fixed by Comcast personnel.  See this post about who to contact, or you can try Chat or phone support, but they can sometimes be clueless when it comes to Cloud TV issues.

This error is a nightmare that no one at Comcast knows how to solve
