Using my Xfinity app on iPad to stream ESPN tv but no sound only on those channels? Can anyone help?
is it working today? if not, did you try on a desk/laptop to see if it is more than one device?

I am having this problem 020518....I made two calls to help desk....first call was put on hold while the tech an d her supervisor checked their phones...we both have sound.....suggested I delete and reinstall app. I did this and no change....in the mean time I downloaded the espn app and could watch with sound....second call to xfinity was connected to foreign person....bottom line she gave me the number for espn help desk....she did call back and connect me....bottom line at espn the tech wanted me to sign in on espn website to see if I could watch it there....I don't have an espn account....I hung up....results of all this....no sound on espn and espn 2 from xfinity watch app on iphone.....smh
