The app has been freezing for 3 days, I cant watch any shows. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my iPad. It still freezes, help

do you have a wired computer (Ethernet connected)? If so go to the web site https://tv.xfinity.com/ and see if the same program will play there? (this will determine if the wifi capacity/connection is the issue).
