When trying to scroll on live TV after two pages of channels the app freezes I've logged out on install the app reinstall signed in at the same thing is happening.
Sorry, on what device and operating system? Have you tried on https://tv.xfinity.com to see if the same thing is occurring? That would help determine if it is an issue with the app or your account.
I thank you Dan it's a Samsung tablet marshmallow operating system. I gave it a little bit of time and it seems to be working now didn't have the opportunity to check from my Windows 7. Now that they added channels 1000 through 1999 for the guide to search by category maybe it's a little bit heavy for the app to process.

My problem with the freeze began yesterday afternoon with my Samsung Galaxy 6. I try to scroll to my station and the app freezes; same with the TV remote app. I went to my Samsung Tablet and the same happens as well. Interestingly, if I don't scroll the apps works; i.e. the search function works and the opening screen that has a gallery of recently recorded or sports also works.
My computer and laptop work fine.
This never happened before; please advise
