Xfinity stream says I'm not on home network

Xfinity stream will only let me watch to-go channels and says I'm not on home network. Tried logging out and back in to no avail.

do you have business account TV or internet or both? have you changed your modem/gateway lately? did you run the myAccount app, internet tab and select your data modem/gateway and verieid that the shown 'serial number' matches your modem's HFC MAC Address?

Both iPhone and iPad. For some non-TV go channels, it gives me either to watch on demand or simply watch, in which case a different show from the listing appears. The help button says it may be a national feed. 

 

Also, i have two different accounts for two residences linked to my login...not sure if it is defaulting to our family cabin.
