Xfinity steam app on Roku and iPad

Xfinity steam app on Roku and iPad

I have no trouble using xfinity stream on iPad. 

On the Roku the remote stops working and have to

reconnect the remote, when watching tv then go back

to select another channel sometimes the channels will not load, or 

when I hit the star button to search a channel, type the channel in

goes to guide and stays there thinking. I end up having to go back

to Roku menu and reload the xfinity app.

dont know if this is xfinity or Roku issue. Before this I was streaming

direct tv now off this device and a lot of trouble between 7-10pm with streaming issues.

i am,looking at getting a smart tv, I like Samsung tv's, is the xfinity streaming app available on Samsung smart tv's? Hopefully it work like it does on my iPad if it is available.

next time you experience all these problems, hit the left button to get to your Roku home menu page. select settings, then connection and test the connection.
