Xfinity X1 TV app is showing "Out of home" even though I'm on my home network

My IP address changed tonight, and now getting this infamous problem. Reactivating via that website didn't help, but maybe it takes a long time to get updated in their system?  This is <edited for violating forum guidelines: "language">.

I think you are right on the mark. from other posts takes some time up to a day sometimes to happen by itself. but if you call 800-Comcast and select billing, ask them to do a deep account refresh. within an hour you should be working well or if you see this in the morning it may be working again already.
