Xfinity Tv Go does not show all my recordings

Xfinity Tv Go does not show all my recordings

When I open either the app or go on-line, the tv go stream does not show all my recordings. How can this be fixed? I want to watch something I recorded on my DVR but it does not show up.

The cloud DVR might have deleted the recording as it needed room to record a newer program (limited to 60 hours of recordings) or the Cloud DVR failed to record the program due to technical problems.
